Problem
Solene skincare is a business that assembles electric skin care products for consumer sale. Managers at this company routinely create reports, memos, meeting agendas, meeting notes summaries, and slide decks for senior managers and stakeholders. Solene Skincare executives aim to increase employee productivity in completing routine office tasks by 40% by Q1 2027.
Audience
This resource targets managers in the communications arm of the company, who create copy, write agendas, communicate with stakeholders, summarize documents, or create slide decks. All of the managers at Solene know about AI, and all of them are familiar with what people say about it. They predominantly have no training and do not know how to use AI as more than an advanced search engine. Most only know about ChatGPT.
Analysis
Solene’s managers are spending valuable time completing routine tasks by hand that AI could complete much more quickly and with better quality. The time to wait for AI output, iterate once or twice, and edit output would potentially save hours of man hours per person per week.

Solution

AI was used in this project to help improve and approve the human-generated content map. All images are AI generated by Articulate's AI image generator. The video in Lesson 2 was generated in Synthesia. All information and text copy was human-generated, with occasional AI-suggested style improvements.
